Invoice-to-Drive Automation Bot
Internal Automation
Receipts and invoices are tedious to file, and important records get lost before they're logged. So we built one for ourselves: snap a photo, send it to the chatbot, and it pulls the key fields with OCR + AI and drops the data — and the original image — straight into Google Drive.
It runs in the background of our own bookkeeping — around 100 invoices a month flow through it, and finance has gone from a weekly catch-up session to something that mostly takes care of itself. We mention it here because we like building teams that use their own software, and because the same capture → extract → file pattern is one of the most common automation requests we get from small businesses.
